Yoga – Debbie Brooks
Debbie is a yoga teacher with a unique, integrated style of teaching. She offers sessions that are inspiring, fun and leave you feeling great. As well as energizing morning yoga, she will be sharing with you evening relaxation yoga, yoga nidra and beautiful, *soulful sounding classes. *These are playful session using singing, sounding & chanting to connect in a profound & natural way) Great fun & everyone is encouraged to join in, especially if you think you can' t sing!
Nutrition Workshop – Emma Jones
During your time with Emma you will embrace how to nurture and take care of your body and learn how to love eating food that is super healthy and nourishing. You will also understand what are the best seasonal health tips and how to bring these healthy rituals into daily habits. This workshop will tune you into your body and it's needs and you will be eating what your body wants once you understand your cravings. |
